By registering with or making a purchase on tropicaldesigns.shop, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and any other terms associated with the products and services we provide. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must stop using this website

General

1. Privacy: We take the privacy of our customers seriously and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. More details can be found in our privacy policy.
2. Liability: Our liability for any product purchased from Tropical Designs shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
3. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maldives and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maldives.
4. Cardholder information: No cardholder information is stored on this website. All cardholder information and payment transactions will be handled by the Bank of Maldives through their payment gateway. Tropical Designs will not collect or retain any card holder information during the payment transaction; this will be handled by BML.

Purchase Terms

1. Orders: All orders placed with Tropical Designs are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time.
2. Products and Services: Care has been taken to ensure that all product-related information and images are as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or display screen will be able to accurately display the colours of our products. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion
3. Pricing: Prices for our products are in Maldivian Rufiyaa and are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are not included in the price and will be added to the total cost at checkout. All payments are currently accepted in Maldivian Rufiyaa at the moment.
4. Payment: Payment for orders can be made using a credit card, debit card, or cash on delivery (only for the Greater Male region). We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
5. Credit/Debit card payments: Credit/Debit card payments are processed by BML Secure Payment Gateway. Cardholders are recommended that they retain a copy of their transaction records as a proof of purchase from Tropical Designs online store. Tropical Designs will not collect or retain any card holder information during the payment transaction; this will be handled by BML.
6. Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the Maldives, and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. More details can be found in our delivery policy.
7. Shipping address and failed deliveries: Tropical Designs takes no responsibility for any delivery errors caused by the incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, and other logistical issues that are caused by other errors on the buyers’ behalf. In such cases, the buyer would be responsible for paying for any fees incurred on resending the package. This does not apply in cases where the package is not returned to us.
8. Returns: We currently do not offer any refunds or returns for any products purchased
