Delivery Policy

We can currently ship our products locally and select international destinations. Our deliveries are made using Red Box for deliveries within the Maldives outside the Greater Malé region.

We do not deliver on Fridays and public holidays.

Greater Malé

We currently offer free delivery to the Greater Malé region. This includes Malé, Hulhumalé Phase 1 & 2, boats and the airport. We aim for same-day deliveries within the Greater Malé region. We may be unable to deliver on the same day for orders made after 2:00 pm, on Fridays or public holidays.

Other Maldivian islands

We ship locally to other islands via Red Box, with a flat rate of MVR 40/- throughout the Maldives. However, we do not charge to drop-off packages to boats. Contact us to learn more about this.

We will issue a tracking number after the packages have been dispatched for all deliveries made through Red Box. We hope to deliver the packages within 7 to 14 days. The estimated delivery date will be confirmed after the order confirmation.

International

For international shipments, kindly mail us to identify possible shipping options.
